HOW DOES IT WORK?

You purchase the i-Monitor GSM radio transmitter which is installed at the customer’s site that requires monitoring.  Any alarm trigger is received in the i-Monitor control room where detailed information is displayed- incl. customer details and alarm signal.  This information is sent, via SMS, to the necessary recipient(s).  Information to response teams is filtered to priority/emergency notifications only.  The customer can however choose to receive all signals.

ORDER PROSES:

Download and sign the contract (pdf will be available after perches). Send the signed contract back, with a copy of your ID or business registration no. Once all documents are received, we can register your GSM network license. NOTE: We can't process your order, without the necessary signed documents.

1. (Once Off) Sign Contract and send it back to us to start the proses.
2. (Once Off) Once received, we register your GSM network license.
3. (All your Customers) Sign a contract with your customer and perches the radios transmitter.
4. (All your Customers) We will courier your stock. (As per your courier selection)
5. (All your Customers) Link the radio transmitter to our customers alarm system.
6. (All your Customers) Fill in the customer form so we can load your customers details on our system.
7. (All your Customers) Test the alarm system and make sure you receive the signals.
